- 1. Globalization Policy
The College of Business and Management processes short-term program for students to study abroad (including undergraduate and graduate students) in famous universities located in Europe, United States, and Japan. In addition, our college has signed the agreement of dual degrees with University of Michigan Flint and the University of Queensland which provides an efficient channel to students from our college to obtain two master degrees.

- 2. Internationalization Trend
The College of Business and Management actively recruits foreign students and exchange students from sister universities. Our college also provides English learning environments and opportunities to learn and interact with each other. The goal is to foster global and international business and management talents.

- 3. Development of Continuing Education for Taiwan’s Businessmen
The College of Business and Management was approved to conduct first EMBA e-learning program (E-learning Executive Master’s Program of Business Administration in Global Chinese Management) in Taiwan in 2006. The goal is to provide an excellent opportunity to senior managers to learn and obtain MBA through online distant learning approach.

- 4. Research Encouragement
The Department of Management Sciences & Decision Making publishes an international journal (International Journal of Information Sciences) which is indexed by EI and TSSCI. In addition, Journal of Contemporary Accounting by Department of Accounting, Management Research by Department of Business Administration, Journal of Law and Political Science by Department of Public Administration, and , and Journal of Information Management-Concepts, Systems, and Applications by Department of Information Management are also recognized by academia.

- 5. Integration of Courses-Development of Programs
The college of Business and Management provides many cross-college programs to students in order to enhance the core competencies of students. For example, SoC Business Management Program , TKU Information Security Management Program and RFID Logistics and Supply Chain Application Program.
